Discreet Service

At Tucbo we understand how important privacy is to you, our valued customer. For that reason we have put a lot of effort into making sure that our entire delivery and billing service is 100% discreet.

All orders you place with us are shipped in plain packaging, which includes plain brown boxes for larger or more obvious items and padded envelopes for smaller items. The name Tucbo will not be displayed anywhere on the packaging.

No reference to the items contained in the parcel will be found on any of our outer packaging too. Any parcels you receive from us will look like the images shown below.

Discrete Billing

Any payments processed through Tucbo (phone orders and online orders) are discreet too. Your credit or debit card statement will not show the name “Tucbo”, instead it will show the name ‘Nagook Ltd’.
